QCT is specialised in the distribution of small electronic devices and accessories in both the home entertainment market as the business-to-business market.
In these markets the company is official and exclusive importer of a new generation of technology brands, concepts and accessories. Each single item has been carefully selected and imported from all over the world, resulting in a range of products able to fulfil each wish and demand in the field of quality, safety and design.

The strategy of QCT is as simple as effective: offering a wide “one-stop-shop” selection of differentiating high quality products for competitive prices and supported by short delivery times, professional service and an experienced and flexible Customer Care department.
QCT works with a network of multiple agents and partners who all have been working for more than 10 years in the markets of computers, multi media and/or home entertainment. In these past years they have build up a large customer base and experience that is now used to serve each individual customer as good as possible every day. 
For her logistics QCT uses a fully robotized order picking system that is connected to the ordering software. This modern system can handle 100 – 400 picks per hour while the responsible warehouse employee doesn’t has to take one single step. This enables QCT to send out more than one thousand 24-hours-deliveries in the Benelux daily.
Next to that this logistical process offers the possibility to make every possible order selection out of the comprehensive product range of QCT. It doesn’t matter if it concerns either an order of one article or a fully sorted pallet of different items: logistically there are no limitations. 
From the moment that a delivery leaves the QCT warehouse the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the shipment is on its way. This message also contains a unique tracking number of the shipment with an integrated internet link making it possible to request actual information on the delivery. This way our customers always have status information of their shipments available at any time.
This in combination with the fact that QCT is able to provide comprehensive and detailed (on-line) information regarding products, stock availability and transport makes it extremely easy for our customers to build up a solid low-cost and low-risk partnership with QCT.
